About me
I started yoga in September 2016 on my physiotherapist's advice, after a knee injury. At first, it was merely another hobby, a way to keep in shape. And when life got a bit bumpy, I dived fully into it and embarked on this journey. I finished my initial 200 hour training in June 2024 at Repose Yoga Studio in Dun Laoghaire. I have recently completed a 50hr Yin training and I already have plans for my 300 hour training! I'm always on the move, curious and ready to learn! I'm passionate about women's health and the pelvic floor. Yoga is a fantastic tool to strengthen and release the pelvic floor, soathe pain and get support from a like-minded community.
