About me
I started yoga in September 2016 on my physiotherapist's advice, after a knee injury. At first, it was merely another hobby, a way to keep in shape. And when life got a bit bumpy, I dived fully into it and embarked on this journey. I finished my initial 200 hour training in June 2024 at Repose Yoga Studio in Dun Laoghaire. I completed a 50hr Yin training in April 2025 and I have recently started a 300hr advanced yoga teacher training at the Elbowroom in Dublin! I'm always on the move, curious and ready to learn! I'm passionate about women's health and the pelvic floor. Yoga is a fantastic tool to strengthen and release the pelvic floor, soathe pain and get support from a like-minded community.
